JIM MARSH IANO <br />PROJECT MANAGER <br />As Project Manager for the Florida Division of The Weitz Company, Jim <br />Marshiano is responsible for ensuring the overall success of the project <br />during the construction phase. <br />His duties include scheduling and logistics planning; cost, quality and <br />safety control; contract administration, and owner and subcontractor <br />negotiation. <br />Jim will be the project team leader, assuring that all communication <br />between the owner, architect/engineer and field staff is administered in a <br />timely and orderly fashion. <br />EDUCATION <br />University of Florida, B.S. Prior <br />to his current role as Project Manager, he has held the positions of Assistant Project Manager and Project <br />Engineer. <br />Jim has successfully contributed to the completion of both large and small -scale design/build, general <br />construction, and construction management assignments.
