The 4 -story steel <br />frame building features an exterior <br />facade of pink granite, smooth and <br />sculptured limestone, and a glass <br />curtain wall system. Interior features <br />include extensive use of Honduran <br />mahogany millwork and casework, <br />bronze rails and entry doors, and <br />granite flooring in the 2 -story rotunda <br />lobby. The unique mechanical system <br />consists of two ice - harvesting machines <br />that produce and store ice during <br />off -hours for use during peak energy <br />periods. <br />
