The building consists of a structural steel frame, composite concrete floor slabs with 100% <br />electrified metal floor deck and drilled caisson foundations. <br />Key interior elements include a Wellness Center and associated locker rooms, ornamental stairs incorporating <br />stainless steel, terrazzo and glass, a full service cafeteria with a commercial kitchen, and a computer room. <br />The exterior wall enclosure consists of four types of aluminum /glass /limestone curtainwall systems. Sitework <br />includes four different types of plaza pavers, a monumental stair /feature wall and a fog wall. The new building <br />was connected to the original campus via a glass enclosed skywalk and an underground service tunnel. <br />
