The building is composed <br />of a steel frame, composite deck, built up roof and GFRC <br />panels. The lobby features sandstone, slate and wood paneling <br />with a grand staircase as the center feature. To meet the City of <br />Tempe's beautification codes, the building includes exterior <br />artwork. During the preconstruction phase, Weitz was able to <br />save the Owner over $500,000 through value analysis. <br />
