Regardless of the delivery method chosen, our firm strongly supports and suggests using a team approach. To that end, we have structured our organization in such a way that your project will receive the involvement of both our on -site supervisors as well as top management personnel. A brief overview of our proven methods during the design/development, construction, and post construction phases follows. COMMUNICATION TOOLS PROJECT CONTROL SYSTEM: We will implement our patented Project Control System (PCS) to facilitate the project organization, communication, and progress of the project. PCS notebooks will be issued to all principal Team Members at the beginning of the project. This system will be used to organize checklists, scope definitions, tracking charts, and all documentation associated with the project. It will allow the Project Team to discuss and monitor important details throughout the course of preconstruction and construction. The PCS facilitates communication and action between Team members and assures that the Owner is well informed as to the project's progress. Prolog Manager is the ultimate computer software program for complete project control. It is unique because it is easy to use and emulates the way construction professionals traditionally track and manage project information. This software program, which is linked from our West Palm Beach Office to the jobsites, tracks nearly all phases of the project and provides real -time updates and instantaneous communication among all parties involved. It combines cost control, project engineering, and site related issues. We use it for project tracking, contract issues, change orders, submittals, RFI's, scheduling, and punch -list closure.
