Section 3 <br />Scope of Services / Technical Specifications <br />3.1 SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach (the "City's intends to secure the services of a qualified vendor to <br />provide waste collection, disposal services and the rental of commercial trash containers or <br />dumpsters.
