Plaza Isle <br />6 Yard <br />Recyclables <br />2 Times Weekly <br />Plaza Isle <br />4 Yard <br />Trash <br />4 Times Weekly <br />Pelican Community Park <br />2 Yard <br />Trash <br />2 Times Weekly <br />3.3.1 MORNING PICKUPS <br />All schedule pickups shall be made in the mornings Monday through Friday unless <br />otherwise stipulated by City Staff. <br />3.4 RENTAL RATES <br />The bidder shall supply an all inclusive flat monthly rate that will include all labor and materials <br />required to complete the job. The bidder shall take into consideration the items listed bellow in <br />their monthly rental rate and these items shall not be included on the monthly invoice as <br />additional charges to the City; <br />• Mobilization / Trip <br />• Fuel / Environmental Charges <br />• Permits <br />• Franchise fees <br />• Equipment <br />• Pick up <br />• Disposal <br />• Administration Fees <br />3.4.1 RENTAL OF ADDITIONAL DUMPSTERS <br />The City may require the rental of additional dumpsters or roll off containers. The rental <br />rates shall be as established in Section 4 of this bid submittal. <br />3.5 MISSED COLLECTIONS <br />In the event that individual units are missed during regular scheduled collection, or if missed <br />during a prearranged Special Event whereas it is determined that the container must be emptied <br />or removed (example from the roadway), the vendor shall have two hours after he /she is called <br />or otherwise notified to provide service. If the Contractor fails to collect from the missed units <br />within two hours of scheduled collection or Special Events or otherwise fails to comply with any <br />of the terms, conditions and specifications of this contract, the City may, with its own forces or <br />others, cause the solid waste to be collected or otherwise perform specified services and charge <br />the cost of performance including overhead to the vendor by deducting said cost from the <br />monthly invoice. <br />3.6 SPILLAGE AND LITTER <br />The vendor shall not litter premises in the process of making collections and shall report any <br />unsanitary conditions of premises, spillage, and litter and /or overflow situations to the Contract <br />Coordinator. During hauling, all solid waste materials shall be contained, and /or enclosed so that <br />leaking, spilling or blowing of material is prevented. The Contractor shall promptly clean up any <br />spillage those results from his operation. Contractor shall report to the Contract Administrator <br />any location that is continuously overflowing with material or not using the provided containers <br />properly so remedial action can be implemented. <br />END OF SECTON <br />PAGE 22 OF 28 <br />BID No. 11 -01 -01 <br />
