Plaza Isle 6 Yard Recyclables 2 Times Weekly Plaza Isle 4 Yard Trash 4 Times Weekly Pelican Community Park 2 Yard Trash 2 Times Weekly 3.3.1 MORNING PICKUPS All schedule pickups shall be made in the mornings Monday through Friday unless otherwise stipulated by City Staff. 3.4 RENTAL RATES The bidder shall supply an all inclusive flat monthly rate that will include all labor and materials required to complete the job. The bidder shall take into consideration the items listed bellow in their monthly rental rate and these items shall not be included on the monthly invoice as additional charges to the City; • Mobilization / Trip • Fuel / Environmental Charges • Permits • Franchise fees • Equipment • Pick up • Disposal • Administration Fees 3.4.1 RENTAL OF ADDITIONAL DUMPSTERS The City may require the rental of additional dumpsters or roll off containers. The rental rates shall be as established in Section 4 of this bid submittal. 3.5 MISSED COLLECTIONS In the event that individual units are missed during regular scheduled collection, or if missed during a prearranged Special Event whereas it is determined that the container must be emptied or removed (example from the roadway), the vendor shall have two hours after he /she is called or otherwise notified to provide service. If the Contractor fails to collect from the missed units within two hours of scheduled collection or Special Events or otherwise fails to comply with any of the terms, conditions and specifications of this contract, the City may, with its own forces or others, cause the solid waste to be collected or otherwise perform specified services and charge the cost of performance including overhead to the vendor by deducting said cost from the monthly invoice. 3.6 SPILLAGE AND LITTER The vendor shall not litter premises in the process of making collections and shall report any unsanitary conditions of premises, spillage, and litter and /or overflow situations to the Contract Coordinator. During hauling, all solid waste materials shall be contained, and /or enclosed so that leaking, spilling or blowing of material is prevented. The Contractor shall promptly clean up any spillage those results from his operation. Contractor shall report to the Contract Administrator any location that is continuously overflowing with material or not using the provided containers properly so remedial action can be implemented.
