<br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE:
<br />Growth Management Director, City of Weston
<br />Responsible for all of the planning activities within the City
<br />of Weston. Her specific duties include plat and site plan
<br />review. Her major tasks are the creation and modification
<br />of land development regulations, the establishment of
<br />zoning, landscaping and sign codes and the preparation of
<br />a master park plan for the City. These tasks include com-
<br />munication and coordination with City management, elected
<br />officials, major developers and the residents of the City.

<br />As part of Calvin, Giordano & Associates' continuing
<br />contract to provide planning services for the City of
<br />Marathon, she is currently working on the preparation of
<br />the city's first comprehensive plan.

<br />Ms. Eichner is highly qualified in the areas of plan-
<br />ning and platting. More specifically, Ms. Eichner was

<br />formerly a Senior Planner for the Broward County
<br />Department of Strategic Planning and Growth
<br />Management. She has over thirteen (13) years of
<br />diversified planning experience with Broward County,
<br />including plat application management and super-
<br />'
<br />vision, creating a permit monitoring system, and
<br />monitoring compliance with all aspects of develop-
<br />ment approvals. The main focus was to administer
<br />the collection of road, school and park impact fees as
<br />provided for in the Broward County Land Develop-
<br />ment Code. Another major work effort was the coor-
<br />dination of the Development Review agencies in the
<br />preparation and adoption of the ordinances
<br />'
<br />amending the Weston Development of Regional
<br />Impact in 1995.
