In that capacity, he conducted site plan reviews, platting, zoning changes, and land use plan amend- ment review. He also represented the Planning Department in a ten member multi - disciplinary design and land use review process. He coordi- nated responses for unified and consistent presen- tations of reports on proposed projects and code amendments for the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Commission. Mr. Rutter currently is the Planning and Zoning Administrator for the City of Weston. His specific duties include the review and interpretation of the City Zoning Code and Land Development Regulations, review of all building permits and inspection duties for zoning permits. These duties involve extensive interaction with residents, devel- opers and contractors. He also assisted in the creation of the first Comprehensive Plan for the City of Weston, as well as the Land Use Regulations, Zoning Codes, and Landscaping and Sign Codes.
