<br />Ms. Nolan has over nine (9) years of experience in
<br />the planning field which includes extensive report
<br />writing and presenting in both written and verbal
<br />form. Her experience includes work in both
<br />planning and research on planning and public policy
<br />issues. Her planning experience includes compre-
<br />hensive plan production and review, site plan
<br />production and review, processing plats, abandon-
<br />ments of right of way and easements, rezonings,
<br />variances, land use plan amendments, and permits
<br />at the county and municipal level. She has also
<br />assisted in preparing comprehensive plans,
<br />Developments of Regional Impact (DRI's), and
<br />binding letters. Ms. Nolan has additional experience
<br />providing research and development of large -scale
<br />proposals and technical reports.

<br />the planning consultant for the City of Marathon.
