Indicate the percentage of each of these individual's time that <br />will be devoted to the project. <br />33 A current and completed Sworn Statement on Public Entity Crimes and a Non- Collusive <br />.Affidavit. <br />3.4 A list of up to five references (With phone numbers) yelating to recent relevant municipal <br />work. <br />4.
