SECTION 01325 <br />CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULING <br />1.0 TIME OF SUBMISSION <br />CONTRACTOR shall submit to the CONSULTANT and the CITY a Project C.P.M., within 15 Days <br />of receipt of Notice Of Award. The Project C.P.M. (Critical Path Method) Schedule shall be a <br />computer generated by Primavera SureTrak (latest edition) or equivalent with 100% SureTrak <br />compatibility. <br />2.0 SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS <br />The schedule shall include at the minimum the following: <br />Activity Identification <br />Activity Description <br />Activity Duration <br />Remaining Duration <br />Early Start / Early Finish <br />Late Start / Late Finish <br />Total Float <br />Two reports shall be required: <br />A Classic Tabular Form including items 1 -7 listed above <br />A Bar Chart Report including items 1, 2, 3, and 5 listed above. The bar chart shall indicate the critical path and <br />the relationship of the identified tasks. No activity shall exceed 10 working days. Activities shall be in such <br />detail that the CITY and the CONSULTANT can understand the scope of the activities and the proposed / real <br />progress. <br />With regard to fabrication and / or delivery of materials to the site (long lead times ) the CONTRACTOR shall <br />use a duration greater than 10 working days. <br />The CONTRACTOR shall include the predessor / successor listings for all activities for initial review by the <br />CONSULTANT and the CITY. The CITY may, at its sole discretion waive the requirement of the construction <br />schedule. <br />The C.P.M. Schedule shall include the Work outlined in the Project Manual and the Plans for the Project. It <br />shall include a complete listing of all submittals, drawings, samples and technical specifications as required by <br />the Project Manual and or the Plans. The requirements for submittals shall be directly related to their respective <br />units of Work. The C.P.M. shall clearly indicate the CONTRACTORS delivery, the CONSULTANTS review <br />and the delivery time after approval. Activities associated with Shop Submittals shall be grouped in accordance <br />with the General Requirements of Shop Submittals and or the Technical Specifications for the Project. <br />Durations applied to individual activities shall accurately depict the Work required. Capture of float time shall <br />not be allowed. There shall only be one critical path within the C.P.M. Schedule. <br />3.0 METHOD OF SUBMISSION / REVISION <br />CONTRACTOR shall submit (1) copy on diskette of all Project Files to the CITY for review. The <br />01325- 1 <br />
