CONTRACTOR shall submit (5) hard copies of the report as outlined in 2.0 above (Classic and Bar Chart) to <br />the CONSULTANT for review and comment. CONTRACTOR shall allow (14) calendar days for review. <br />Following the completion of the review, CONTRACTOR shall address all comments from both the <br />CONSULTANT and the CITY within (5) calendar days. <br />4.0 MONTHLY UPDATES <br />The CONTRACTOR shall submit a revised C.P.M. Schedule to the CONSULTANT for review (5) working <br />days prior to his monthly application for payment. The report shall indicate the current status of the Project. <br />Failure to submit the up dated C.P.M. Schedule to the CONSULTANT will result in a delay of the processing <br />of the payment application equal to the delay in the submittal. The CONTRACTOR shall submit the same <br />number and type of schedules required in the initial submission. Updating of the schedule shall be based upon <br />the remaining duration of the original schedule or as amended by change order. All % complete shall be <br />calculated by the software. Percent of completion of individual activities shall be based upon the original <br />duration. No amendment to the durations will be allowed, except as expressly allowed by the CITY. The data <br />date shall be the (20) day of each month. The requirement for submission of the updated schedule shall occur <br />until the Project is accepted in full by the CITY. <br />5.0 AMENDING THE C.P.M. SCHEDULE <br />The C.P.M. Schedule may only be amended by executed change order. Amendments are subject to the review <br />and acceptance of both the CITY and the CONSULTANT.
