SECTION 01700 <br />CLOSE OUT DOCUMENTS <br />CONTRACTOR shall provide at the minium the following documents at the completion of the Project. <br />1. 1- Copy signed and sealed of material test reports, including 28 day breaks for concrete <br />2. 4 - Paper copies of the Project "As Built" Survey prepared in CAD format. <br />3. <br />4. 1 - Mylar of the "As Built" Survey <br />5. 1 CAD disk of the "As Built Survey" in AutoCAD 14 or newer. Scan disks are not allowed. <br />6. Operating manual, parts lists and warranties for equipment installed. <br />7. Final inspection release from the Building Department for all irrigation and electrical equipment installed. <br />8. Release of lien from all subcontractors and materialmen. <br />9. Release from surety for final payment. <br />10. Final release of lien from the Contractor. <br />11. Completion of all punch list items <br />12.
