1 3.03 TESTING <br />' A. The Contractor shall have density, soil bearing, materials and such <br />other tests performed as directed by the Engineer and shall pay the <br />costs of such tests in accordance with Sections 02200 and 02221. <br />' The Contractor shall fully cooperate with the testing agency. Should <br />any test indicate that any portion of the materials or workmanship <br />does not comply with these Specifications, a retest shall be performed <br />at the Contractor s expense. If the retest confirms the first test, that <br />portion of the work shall be removed and replaced or reworked at no <br />additional cost to the Owner until satisfactory compliance is attained. <br />3.04 PARKING AND TRAFFIC STRIPES <br />A. The Contractor shall paint the stripes indicated on the Drawings or <br />disturbed during construction. The paint shall be applied in strict <br />accordance with printed specifications of the manufacturer of the paint <br />being applied, and the latest Florida Department of Transportation <br />Standard Specifications. <br />' END OF SECTION <br />n <br />1 07/03 02513 -4 03- 4138.A <br />
