D. CONTRACTOR shall perform no portion of the Work at any time without Contract Documents or, where specified, approved Shop Drawings for such portion of the Work. E. ", insert the words ... 1 "..., or arising out of operation of laws and regulations for damages because of bodily injury or death of any person or for damage to property." Add the following after Paragraph 5.04.B.7.: 8. Include all major divisions of coverage and be on a comprehensive basis including: i. Premises Operations (including X, C and U coverages as applicable. ii. Independent contractor's Protective. iii. Products and Completed Operations. iv. Personal Injury Liability with Employment Exclusion deleted. V. Contractual Liability. vi. Owned, non -owned and hired motor vehicles. Vii.
