CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for erosion control during the progress <br />of the work and shall leave the site in good order free from effects of erosion <br />at final completion of all work. <br />3.0 CONCRETE WORK <br />3.1 SCOPE: <br />The work consists of furnishing materials, labor and equipment to construct <br />the bulkhead cap and wall anchor blocks including reinforcement and embed <br />items. <br />3.2 RELATED DOCUMENTS: <br />Drawings, general notes, and Florida Dept. of Transportation Specifications <br />for Road and Bridge Construction; current edition. <br />3.3 QUALITY ASSURANCE: <br />A.
