THE COMPANY <br />Jade Communications Inc., established in 1987 and based in Boca <br />Raton, Florida, is a telecommunication network systems integrator <br />providing complete engineering and installation of data and voice <br />networks, video distribution systems and wireless communications <br />systems. <br />In 1991, JCI's business expanded into the statewide Florida market. <br />JCI has developed a base of more than 1000 customers since it's inception. <br />Many of these customers require a communications company with <br />diversified technical experience and rely on our engineering and <br />installation expertise for their campus wide environments. For example, <br />JCI played a significant role at the IBM facility in Boca Raton, Florida, in <br />removing old coaxial cabling systems and re- cabling the site with IBM Type <br />2 cable that combines telephone and high -speed data capabilities. Recent!; <br />JCI helped IBM move to their new 4 story building in Boca Raton. This <br />building was cabled with the newest technology on the market to date. <br />Over 6000 CAT 6 cables were installed. <br />JCI is currently performing a five -year contract with Florida Atlantic <br />University and a three -year contract with Palm Beach County involving <br />relocation, add -ons and changes of their cabling systems. JCI has also <br />designed and installed large networks with fiber optic backbones and <br />wireless connections for Rexall Sundown Vitamins, The School Board of <br />Palm Beach County, and Boca West Country Club, just to name a few. <br />JCI holds a State of Florida Low Voltage License ( #ES0000112) and <br />aggregate experience in low voltage technology of more than ten decades. <br />With this license and many vendor certifications, JCI is distinguished as a <br />fully qualified network engineering and installation provider. Our Florida <br />state license is fully recognized by most state governments which allows <br />us to design and install networks practically anywhere in the contiguous <br />United States for today's needs and tomorrow's expectations. <br />As part of the training at JCI, our technicians have received <br />certificates for product training courses by representatives of <br />communication equipment manufactures such as Panduit, Molex, Hubbell <br />AMP, Proxim Wireless, and Belden Cable <br />6610 E.
