Jade's full - <br />time staff of engineers and technicians utilize state -of- the -art test equipment <br />and can certify to a prospective client the potential for existing and expanded <br />' network capabilities. <br />• Nationwide Service - Through a network of qualified telecommunications <br />' installers, Jade now can offer complete system installation and service <br />coverage nationwide. <br />• Network Warranty - All network cabling installed by Jade carries a one -year <br />warranty against defects in material and workmanship. However, through <br />several special vendor relationships, Jade now offers network integrity <br />' warranties of up to TWENTY -FIVE years. <br />' Field Services <br />Jade's staff of skilled technicians can solve users' maintenance problems <br />' quickly and accurately. The company offers a number of approaches to service <br />contracts: <br />' 1) Guaranteed Response Time - A fixed cost service contract that guarantees <br />Jade will respond to a system failure within a pre- determined response time. <br />(Labor rates and material costs are less than standard time and material <br />' fees). <br />2) On Call - A variable cost service contract in which the customer pays portal <br />' to portal labor charges plus material.
