Project Management Professional Certification <br /> Within fifteen days of contract signing, the Fuel Card Vendor shall have a certified Project <br /> Management Professional (PMP) leading the implementation of the State's Fuel Card Program. <br /> This certification should be obtained through the Project Management Institute (PMI). <br /> Implementation Plan <br /> Within the first forty-five days of contract signing, the Fuel Card Vendor and the State shall jointly <br /> develop a detailed Implementation Plan. This Plan shall include but not be limited to: <br /> 1. Development of a critical path for the project. <br /> 2. Determining Start and Completion Dates <br /> 3. Development of goals <br /> 4. Development of objectives for each goal <br /> 5. Development of activities for each objective <br /> 6. Determining individuals responsible for each activity <br /> 7. Development of timelines for each activity <br /> 8. Development of a list of potential barriers and a plan to overcome them. <br /> Training Plan (Instructor led, online and train the trainer) <br /> Within ninety days of contract signing, the Fuel Card Vendor and the State shall jointly develop <br /> a Training Plan. This Plan shall provide for but not be limited to: <br /> 1. Defining the purpose of the training and target audience <br /> 2. Determining participants' needs (Instructor led, Online, and Train the trainer) <br /> 3. Defining training goals and objectives <br /> 4. Outlining training content <br /> 5. Develop instructional activities <br /> 6. Prepare the written training design <br /> 7. Prepare participant evaluation form(s) <br /> 8. Determine follow-up activities for the event <br /> Marketing/Outreach Plan (to include other Eligible Users) <br /> Within the first ninety days of contract signing, the Fuel Card Vendor and the State shall jointly <br /> develop a detailed a Marketing/Outreach Plan to all Eligible Users of the Fuel Card Contract. <br /> Conference Room Pilot(requirements gathering) <br /> Before any agency is brought into the new Fuel Card Program, the Fuel Card Vendor and the <br /> State shall develop and execute a Conference Room Pilot. Conference Room Pilot shall be <br /> defined as a period of four 1-day working sessions, or other schedule as agreed, the purpose of <br /> which is to review and refine the proposed business processes.
