• Fuel Card Reader Equipment at State and Eligible User Sites <br /> o Installation of all equipment with Fuel Card reader capability will be at the request of the <br /> State or Eligible User, the cost of which shall be mutually agreed upon between the <br /> Eligible User and Contractor. <br /> - - o The Fuel Card reader shall capture Fuel purchase data in the same manner as a Retailer. <br /> o The Contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment maintenance and software <br /> updates as required. The Eligible User will be responsible for providing all electrical <br /> connections and data transmission lines as required. <br /> • Optional Fuel Product Management at State and Eligible User Sites <br /> Upon mutual agreement between the contract user and Contractor, the Contractor may <br /> provide fuel product management at State and Eligible User sites. The cost for this service <br /> shall be mutually agreed upon between the Eligible User and Contractor. The site shall be <br /> those for which Fuel Card reader capabilities equipment has been installed. This includes, <br /> but is not limited to, the monitoring of Fuel levels, ordering and/or delivering Fuel, etc. This <br /> service also includes the use of equipment and tools, and all services and responsibilities <br /> prescribed or implied which are necessary for the complete performance by the Contractor of <br /> its obligations under the Contract. State and Eligible Users will not be charged for Fuel <br /> stored at these sites. State and Eligible Users will only be charged for Fuel dispensed into <br /> their Vehicle Fleet. <br /> 4.04 CONTRACT DELIVERABLES <br /> Emergency Plan <br /> Within thirty days of contract signing, the Contractor and the State shall jointly develop an <br /> Emergency Plan. The Fuel Card Services Contract allows for the purchase of commodities and <br /> services that are necessary to execute the Emergency Plan. These purchases shall include the use <br /> of equipment and tools, and all services and responsibilities prescribed or implied which are <br /> necessary for the complete performance by the Contractor of its obligations under the <br /> Emergency Plan. This Plan shall include but not be limited to: <br /> • Commodities and services available to Eligible Users during emergencies. <br /> • An assessment of risks <br /> • Operational assignments (Who does what, when and how) <br /> • Procedures for Emergency notification (How do we tell people there's a problem?) <br /> • Procedures for activation in the event of an emergency situation in order to protect and/or <br /> recover critical assets and functions. <br /> • Procedures for Emergency Plan testing • <br /> • Procedures for an annual review, updating, altering and re-writing that results in a <br /> document that is fully functional and operational. <br /> 18 <br />
