<br />E. The system shall interface with the City's data network so that video control, recording, and <br />playback functions may be accessed from PC systems, <br /> <br />1. The access method will preferably be web-based (HTTP standard), <br /> <br />2, The access method must be secure (password protected and preferably encrypted). <br /> <br />3. The overall system must support the capability of being partitioned. It is the intent of the <br />Owner to have one subset of cameras and associated recordings (generally those interior to <br />the Police Department) accessible only for designated personnel within the Police <br />Department. <br /> <br />PART 2 PRODUCTS <br /> <br />2,1. PTZ CCTV CAMERA <br /> <br />A. Each PTZ (Panrrilt/Zoom) CCTV camera shall be a dual function color/B&W camera under <br />normal and low light situations. When ambient lighting falls below 1.0 lux, it shall seamlessly <br />switch to B&W mode. The camera shall be of at least 450 lines of resolution, and shall be <br />equipped with a Panrrilt mechanism which will allow for automated guard tours to be <br />programmed by the installer to Owner's needs. Recording capability <br />shall be a minimum of three (3) frames per second per channel with all channels recording <br />simultaneously. Units shall be configured with approximately 20GB of storage per video <br />channel (ie., 8-channel DVR should have 160GB), <br /> <br />B. The system shall have the ability to export recorded video in industry-standard format such as <br />MPG or AVL <br /> <br />C.
