Quality Control <br />Cleaning Systems, Inc. tracks every account on a master office board. The <br />tracking includes visits, inspections, complaints and resolutions. Each <br />week account reviews are held with the company owner, operations <br />manager and field supervisors. This system helps to insure that each <br />facility is being attended to and we are aware of any problems that need <br />to be addressed. <br />Every client is assigned an account manager who will check with the site <br />supervisor each day or night of cleaning. Site supervisors are trained in <br />our Sunrise office prior to assignment. Supervisors are responsible for <br />interviewing, hiring and training site employees. Account managers <br />perform weekly inspections which are reviewed for any problems or <br />special services that need to be done. These weekly inspections are <br />usually done in conjunction with a weekly client meeting so progress can <br />be monitored by both CSI and the Contract Manager. <br />It is our usual practice to install chemical dispensing centers in the larger <br />buildings we service. This eliminates any guesswork on the part of the <br />cleaners to determine the correct strength of cleaning solutions. Our <br />account manager will be responsible for ordering supplies, equipment, <br />maintaining MSDS sheets, etc. Our floor crew will be responsible for <br />handling all floor work, including stripping, waxing and burnishing. <br />Our quality control system is preventive in nature rather than reactive. <br />We firmly believe that it is important that we identify and solve possible <br />problems before they become problems that command a reactive <br />position. <br />0 <br />
