C. Provide to the laboratory the preliminary design mix proposed to be used for concrete, <br />and other materials mixes which require control by the testing laboratory. <br />D. Materials and equipment used in the performance of work under this Contract are subject <br />to inspection and testing at the point of manufacture or fabrication. Standard <br />specifications for quality and workmanship are indicated in the Contract Documents. The <br />Engineer may require the Contractor to provide statements or certificates from the <br />manufacturers and fabricators that the materials and equipment provided by them are <br />manufactured or fabricated in full accordance with the standard specifications for quality <br />and workmanship indicated in the Contractor Documents. All costs of this testing and <br />providing statements and certificates shall be a subsidiary obligation of the Contractor, <br />and no extra charge to the Owner shall be allowed on account of such testing and <br />certification. <br />E. Furnish incidental labor and facilities: <br />1. To provide access to Work to be tested <br />2. To obtain and handle samples at the Project site or at the source of the product to <br />be tested <br />3. To facilitate inspections and tests <br />4. For storage and curing of test samples <br />F. Notify laboratory sufficiently in advance of operations to allow for laboratory assignment <br />of personnel and scheduling of tests. <br />G. Employ and pay for the services of the same or a separate, equally qualified independent <br />testing laboratory to perform additional inspections, sampling and testing required for the <br />Contractor's convenience. <br />H.
