Below is a list of EDAW management staff members whose experience <br />makes them extremely qualified to work on Sunny Isles Beach landscape <br />design projects. Detailed resumes are provided in the following pages. <br />Management staff will be supported by a highly - skilled staff of landscape <br />architects, designers, and planners. <br />Jason Uyeda, Vice President/Principal - Principal -In- Charge <br />Jason Uyeda has over 14 years of experience combining his training in <br />landscape architecture and international business with professional practice <br />that has emphasized land planning and resort development. Recently, Jason <br />has acted as Deputy Project Director for a 1,500 acre university and new town <br />project in Eastern Collier County, coordinating the movements of over 15 <br />subconsultants and internal EDAW design groups. <br />Donald Shockey, AICP, Senior Planner - Project Manager <br />Mr. Shockey a recent addition to the EDAW team has over14 years of <br />experience in municipal capital improvement and landscape design work. <br />Donald has exceptional analytical, planning, management, organizational <br />development, written, and community relations skills. His strong knowledge <br />of architecture, planning, and urban design principles, along with his specific <br />knowledge of landscape design concepts and materials will be a valuable asset <br />for your projects. Donald was the client side manager for EDAW's Miami <br />Beach Streetscape projects. <br />Cesar Garcia -Pons, Senior Associate - Project Manager <br />Cesar is an urban designer specializing in the design of traditional <br />neighborhoods, community revitalization, sustainable development, and <br />redevelopment projects. In the past 13 years he has worked on more than <br />twenty master plan and urban revitalization projects throughout South Florida <br />including City of Miami Beach, City of Miami, and City of West Palm Beach. <br />His most recent projects in Miami -Dade County include urban design, <br />landscape architecture and Streetscape design for rights -of -way improvements. <br />He is particularly experienced and knowledgeable in landscape design and <br />environmental issues unique to a coastal barrier island setting. <br />George E. Puig, ASLA, Senior Landscape Architect - Project Manager <br />George is a registered landscape architect with 15 years of experience working <br />on a variety of projects.
