Under this contract, Carter & Burgess provides for the design <br />of four gateway structures in Flagler County and the City of Flagler <br />Beach. Mr. Leary assisted in the preparation of the landscape plans. <br />Grove East, Altman Development Corporation, Inc., Plantation, FL; <br />Landscape Designer. Providing due diligence, professional engineering, <br />and landscape architectural services. The mixed -use development <br />is comprised of 233 multi - family units, community recreational <br />center, approximately 18,700 square feet of retail space, an existing <br />approximately 2,590 square foot Miami Subs restaurant, and an existing <br />34,570 square foot bank and office building. <br />Provences, Development of Regional Impact, St. Lucie County, FL; <br />Landscape Designer. Carter & Burgess is the consultant for this 733 - <br />acre planned 'new town' community. The unique location and <br />configuration of the property allows for a well planned mixed -use <br />community. The current master plan includes approximately 3,500 new <br />residential units in a wide range of housing types and prices, a 2- million <br />square foot urban village, a hotel and conference /event center, a <br />middle school, a fire station, a mass transit transfer site, and a civic <br />activity site. Carter & Burgess is developing design guidelines for the <br />entire community that will establish a unique identity for the project and <br />ensure the sustainability of this 'new town' by confirming it's value to the <br />region. <br />Seaview Park Club, Boynton Beach, FL; Landscape Designer. Carter <br />& Burgess was commissioned by Lennar Homes to prepare land <br />development plans for this former mobile home park, which is now <br />planned for 64 luxury condominiums with private garages, a resort style <br />amenities center including a swimming pool, a group bar -b -que shelter, <br />waterside fishing deck, and exercise facilities. The design challenges <br />for the site, which is only about 160 feet in width and over 1,000 feet in <br />depth, were successfully met with site planning that provided for safe <br />vehicular and pedestrian circulation, while maintaining magnificent <br />views to the Intracoastal waterway. <br />
