• Present the Conceptual Design as well as the preliminary cost estimate to City <br />staff for review and approval. <br />' • Attend public presentations to the City Commission (if deemed advisable by the <br />City). <br />IV. Final Design / Contract Documents <br />• In close coordination with the City, final Construction Documents will be <br />' completed. <br />• Prepare a final and detailed estimate of Probable Construction Cost. <br />' V. Post Construction Watering and Maintenance <br />' • Prepare a Schedule of Maintenance requiring the Contractor to provide watering <br />and maintenance during the establishment period (if deemed advisable by City). <br />VI. Bidding Phase <br />• Attend pre -bid conference. <br />• Respond to written bidder inquiries. <br />• Review and evaluate competitive landscape and irrigation bids and make <br />recommendations. <br />' VII. Construction Administration <br />' • As directed by the City, act as the City's construction representative to include the <br />following: <br />• Attend pre - construction "kick -off' meeting. <br />' Review and approve all required Shop Drawings and Payment Requisitions. <br />• Review and answer contractor RFI's. <br />• Periodic site observation of the landscape and irrigation installation and reports on <br />same, as required. <br />• Select specimen plant material. <br />• Complete final punch list. <br />• Provide final acceptance correspondence to City. <br />' VIII. Final Project Submittal <br />• The final project contract documents will be submitted to the City of Sunny Isles <br />' Beach. One set of reproducible "As- built" plans and one compact disk or email <br />with the final dra.ving file in Autocad format. <br />
