<br />City of Weston 2003 Bridge Enhancements, Weston, Florida. Prepared layout of
<br />proposed entry signs, guardrails, fencing, planter retainers, and details for bridge
<br />overpasses along East and West Arvida Parkway, Indian Trace Parkway, Bonaventure- Griffin
<br />Parkway, and Weston- Griffin Parkway.
<br />City of Miramar Pineland Mitigation Tree Buffer, Miramar, Florida. Coordinated
<br />proposed 1200 -foot tree buffer mitigation plan along the Turnpike. Responsible for the
<br />drawing layout, sections, and location of Sabal Palm, Live Oak, Red Bay, and South Florida
<br />Slash Pine trees. Site required trees requiring a dry location planted next to a controlled
<br />water elevation.
<br />Tivoli Lakes Residential, Boynton Beach, Florida. Responsible for the layout of
<br />planting materials for this residential community of 324 estate and single- family homes.
<br />Prepared documents that included buffer screening, a 23,000- square -foot amenity complex,
<br />recreational planting areas, and street tree layout. Followed stringent code requirements and
<br />tree mitigation for more than 100 evergreen pines.
<br />Regions Bank, Keller and Plano, Texas. Responsible for design from conceptualization
<br />to final construction administration. Use of low- maintenance and drought - tolerant plant
<br />materials. Followed city code requirements and mitigation.
<br />Chili's Restaurant Prototypes, Plano, Texas. Coordinated design of typical planting
<br />schemes for use across the country.
<br />North Central Texas Medical Center, McKinney, Texas. Chose low- maintenance
<br />planting materials to blend with existing, matured vegetation to enhance the architecture.
