Associates, Inc. <br />' Y AT <br />SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS <br />' Mr. Ehmcke has 4 years of experience as a Landscape Designer that includes documenting <br />on -site relocation and incorporation of existing live oaks and other native material on a <br />number of projects. He also recently completed design of a 3 -mile roadway section in St. <br />' Lucie County that included an irrigation layout and all site -line requirements to satisfy FDOT <br />standards. He is an exceptional AutoCAD designer and has provided innovative planting <br />designs, layout, and construction drawings. He has successfully prepared several bid <br />packages and provides construction administration. <br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />' St. Lucie 25th Street Landscape, St. Lucie County, Florida. A 3 -mile section of 25th <br />Street was designed with native plant material. The design included an irrigation layout and <br />all site -line requirements to satisfy FDOT standards. <br />Meadow Pines Residential Development, Pembroke Pines, Florida. Landscape <br />designer managing challenge of creating design that conformed with developer's landscape <br />' vision and also was in line with FDOT planting requirements as the entrance to the <br />development abutted 1 -75. Landscape design required coordination between FDOT, the <br />developer, FDEP, and SFWMD. <br />' Griffin Lakes Residential Development, Dania Beach, Florida. A 427 -unit town home <br />project was developed for a prominent South Florida developer. Provided careful <br />documentation to ensure that 35 Majestic Live Oaks were relocated on -site and several other <br />' oaks were incorporated to remain in the proposed site plan, which included the layout of <br />four separate lakes. <br />t Sombrero Beach, Marathon, Florida. The Sombrero Beach Redevelopment Plan <br />includes the design of a number of structures and restroom facilities that allude to the <br />architectural style of the historic railroad camp on Pigeon Key. Native vegetation was <br />proposed as well as a major dune restoration intended to protect nesting turtles. A new <br />' entrance was created incorporating a bronze sculpture that references Loggerhead turtles. <br />Community participation determined the inclusion of other site amenities such as recreation <br />trails, volleyball courts, picnic shelters, a resurfaced play area, and specially paved shower <br />' areas. Future design will be coordinated with FDOT in order to provide a planted <br />streetscape and turn - around on Sombrero Beach Road. <br />' Vista Park, Weston, Florida. This 40 -acre park included four baseball fields, two soccer <br />fields, and a children's tot lot area. The site plan provided a linear layout adjacent to a high <br />school site to serve the community and high school students. This project included <br />construction documents for the site monument, flagpoles, decorative pavers, fencing, four <br />' pavilions, and a maintenance facility. <br />Cimarron Residential Development, Davie, Florida. Designer of complex landscape <br />' plan that included considerable environmental mitigation.
