•• 4aMMY� <br />Project <br />Civil /site design improvements included a combined use football /soccer field, concession <br />area, seating and parking. NE 16`h Avenue was vacated to allow for additional park facilities. <br />Responsibilities included the preparation of the site plan, design of water, sanitary sewer, <br />grading and drainage design. Also included was the layout and geometry of parking, field <br />improvements, permitting, and approvals for the city site planning review boards.
