Specific Work Proposed <br />Maior Community- involvement Component Process <br />The following list of tasks and project development approach reflects one adopted for a project with a large <br />Community Involvement component. This process is best suited for large project areas of city-wide impact, such a <br />community-wide beautification projects, or projects of a very high civic importance. <br />TASK 1: PROJECT SCOPING <br />Task 1.1: Kickoff Meeting <br />' The purpose of this meeting will serve to introduce all persons and agencies involved in the project and to discuss <br />all of the issues that concern the City and her residents. At this meeting, CGA and the City will discuss and finalize <br />the following: <br />• Roles and Responsibilities, <br />• Further define the project's scope, <br />• Reporting and Communication methods and processes, <br />• Review, delivery, and exchange of all available data and information, and <br />• Establish preliminary schedule for tasks <br />Task Summary of Meetings and Deliverables: <br />• One kick -off meeting with City <br />TASK 2: SYNTHESIS OF INPUTS <br />Task 2.1: Data Collection <br />CGA will coordinate with the City's Staff and other critical agencies and interest groups to compile all available <br />and pertinent data that may impact the outcome of the project. <br />Task 2.2: Site Inventory <br />CGA will conduct an inventory of the project site. By conducting site visits, coupled with all previously gathered <br />information, the CGA Team will document the existing conditions as they relate to the project's site. <br />CGA will provide a summary memorandum to the City, covering all inventory findings surrounding the project <br />site, including existing photographs. <br />Task 2.3: Overview and Status Meeting <br />' CGA will meet with the City to review collected material, project responsibilities, and anticipated components of <br />the Design, planning parameters, key challenges and the formulation of an anticipated timeline schedule for project <br />completion. <br />Wiry q f ,S'unny l,sles Beach, Florida <br />Landscape Arehitectural Firni(s) <br />fZFQ No. 06 -03 -01 <br />April 3, 2006 <br />
