Task 4.2: Charrette Coordination Meeting CGA will coordinate, with the assistance of the City, a meeting to include the Staff and other relevant parties, as determined by the City. CGA's agenda will be to quantify all pertinent issues surrounding the organization of a community charrette process. Roles and responsibilities will be assigned as tasks are determined. CGA will provide a summary memorandum of the assigned tasks and comments from the meeting to the City. Task Summary of Meetings and Deliverables: • One meeting attendance. • One hardcopy and one digital copy of meeting notes Task 4.3: Community Charrette CGA will coordinate with the City and community stakeholders a public community meeting for a Community charrette. Community members will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on the outcome of the project by designing and prioritizing elements and characteristics that resonates with their community, needs, issues and values. CGA will prepare all coordination for the meeting; City to provide supplies, venue and food, if required, for the community meeting. Task Summary of Meetings and Deliverables: • One formal presentation • One hardcopy and one digital copy rendered "Preliminary General Plan" concepts (minimum two concepts) consisting of 24" x 36" site plans with text summary, • Hardcopies of handouts • One hardcopy and one digital copy community meeting summary memo TASK 5: PRELIMINARY PLAN CONCEPTS Task 5.1: Development of Preliminary Plan Concepts CGA will develop two (2) different preliminary site plan alternative concepts that will be depicted in graphic format. CGA will prepare preliminary sketches, illustrations, diagrams, and /or drawings, as necessary, which convey a sense for each proposed project design's alternative for the project's design. These will address and identify comments raised through the all previous meetings and the Site Analysis processes. Elements of these preliminary design concepts may include, but are not limited to: • Plan view drawn to scale for each concept, • Elevation /Sectional drawings depicting the overall character of the project, • 3- dimensional hand - rendered or virtual graphic representation of the design, • Conceptual site details and style of furnishings, products, and material finishes, and • Proposed plant material palettes City gf'Suuny lsles Beach, Florido Landscape Architectural Firm(s) RFQ No. 06 -03 -01 April 3, 2006
