CGA's agenda will be to quantify all pertinent issues surrounding the organization of a <br />community charrette process. Roles and responsibilities will be assigned as tasks are determined. <br />CGA will provide a summary memorandum of the assigned tasks and comments from the meeting to the City. <br />Task Summary of Meetings and Deliverables: <br />• One meeting attendance. <br />• One hardcopy and one digital copy of meeting notes <br />Task 4.3: Community Charrette <br />CGA will coordinate with the City and community stakeholders a public community meeting for a Community <br />charrette. Community members will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on the outcome of the project by <br />designing and prioritizing elements and characteristics that resonates with their community, needs, issues and <br />values. <br />CGA will prepare all coordination for the meeting; City to provide supplies, venue and food, if required, for the <br />community meeting. <br />Task Summary of Meetings and Deliverables: <br />• One formal presentation <br />• One hardcopy and one digital copy rendered "Preliminary General Plan" concepts (minimum two <br />concepts) consisting of 24" x 36" site plans with text summary, <br />• Hardcopies of handouts <br />• One hardcopy and one digital copy community meeting summary memo <br />TASK 5: PRELIMINARY PLAN CONCEPTS <br />Task 5.1: Development of Preliminary Plan Concepts <br />CGA will develop two (2) different preliminary site plan alternative concepts that will be depicted in graphic <br />format. CGA will prepare preliminary sketches, illustrations, diagrams, and /or drawings, as necessary, which <br />convey a sense for each proposed project design's alternative for the project's design. These will address and <br />identify comments raised through the all previous meetings and the Site Analysis processes. Elements of these <br />preliminary design concepts may include, but are not limited to: <br />• Plan view drawn to scale for each concept, <br />• Elevation /Sectional drawings depicting the overall character of the project, <br />• 3- dimensional hand - rendered or virtual graphic representation of the design, <br />• Conceptual site details and style of furnishings, products, and material finishes, and <br />• Proposed plant material palettes <br />City gf'Suuny lsles Beach, Florido <br />Landscape Architectural Firm(s) <br />RFQ No. 06 -03 -01 <br />April 3, 2006 <br />
