1 • One hardcopy and one digital copy meeting notes TASK 6: COMMUNITY WORKSHOP ' Task 63: Community Workshop ' CGA will coordinate with the City and community stakeholders a public community meeting to present the revised "Preliminary Design" concepts. Community members will comment on the design concepts in order to identify what elements and characteristics about each resonates with their community, needs, issues and values. The ' community will be encouraged to vote on a preferred alternative to serve as a base for the articulation of all gathered comments in future revisions. City will provide venue and food, if required, for community meeting. ' Task Summary of Meetings and Deliverables: ' • One formal presentation • One hardcopy and one digital copy rendered "Preliminary General Plan" concepts (minimum two concepts) consisting of 24" x 36" site plans with text summary, ' Hardcopies of handouts • One hardcopy and one digital copy community meeting summary memo TASK 7: CONCEPT SELECTION AND COMPLETION OF A PREFERRED DESIGN AND REPORT Task 7.1: Preferred Design Selection Meeting CGA will meet with the City to review community feedback and evaluate the "Preliminary Plan" concepts and determine a preferred direction for refinement and revision of the Final Design. CGA will forward a summary of the meeting notes from the "Preferred Design Selection" meeting to the City. Task 7.2: Preferred Design Recommendations CGA will prepare a written summary memorandum for the project. Within this memorandum, CGA will confirm with the City which information is to be included in the project that is necessary to communicate the intent and findings of the "Final Design ". CGA will forward a summary memorandum of the "Preferred Design' recommendations to the City. Task Summary of Meetings and Deliverables: • One hardcopy and one digital copy of Design Recommendation Strategy. Task 7.3: Final Design ' CGA will prepare a Final Design for the park, consisting of supporting graphics of the final design and including probable cost to develop the project. If requested, CGA will be prepared to make up to three (3) minor revisions to the "Final Plan," as requested by the City.
