i Calvin, Giordano & Associates, Task Summary of Meetings and Deliverables: • One meeting with the City • One hardcopy and one digital copy of meeting notes • One hardcopy and one digital copy "Preferred Design" summary memo • One bound hardcopy and one digital copy Final Design with cost estimate and rendered "Final Design" • One 24" x 36" hardcopy "Final Design ". • One digital copy (JPEG format) rendered "Final Design" by itself • Three minor revisions to design per review and approval TASK 8: FINAL DESIGN ADOPTION Task 8.1: Commission Presentation CGA will coordinate with the City to provide a presentation to the City's Commissioners for the adoption of the Final Design. CGA will provide a digital presentation with all necessary graphic images to convey the character, items, and conditions of the project. Task Summary of Meetings and Deliverables: • One meeting with the City • One presentation to the city Commission • Hardcopy handouts as needed • One hardcopy and one digital copy of presented materials TASK 9: CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION AND ADMINISTRATION Task 93: Construction Documents (Site Plan, Site Engineering & Irrigation Design) CGA will prepare detailed Construction Documents and Specifications for the project. Plans will be submitted at 30 %, 60% and 90% completion for City to review and comment. The Cost Estimate will be updated with each submittal, comparing allocated funds, and recommendations will be provided if probable construction cost exceeds construction budget. A final 100% completion signed- and - sealed submittal set will be prepared, including all necessary information as required by the project for regulatory approval. Task Summary of Meetings and Deliverables: ' • 30% Submittal Package with attached cost estimate • 60% Submittal Package with attached cost estimate • 90% Submittal Package with attached cost estimate ' 0 100% Submittal Signed and Sealed Construction Package with attached cost estimate, and • One meeting with City. Task 9.2: Bidding Assistance /Construction Administration CGA may assist the City in comparing all proposed bids for construction and will make recommendations for ' selection.
