Task 3.1: Site Analysis <br />CGA will utilize all relevant data collected and organized in the proceeding tasks to develop an analysis of the <br />project area. Based on these analyses, CGA will identify a series of opportunities and constraints to be used as a <br />basis for the design alternatives. These might include but are not limited to: <br />• Landscape enhancement opportunities in the form of hardscape and softscape, <br />• Identify connectivity, <br />• Identify access patterns, <br />• Identify security issues, <br />• Identify possible impacts to neighboring properties, <br />• Identify possible impacts to abutting environmentally sensitive areas, <br />• Note cultural opportunity areas, and <br />• Delineate view and experiential enhancements. <br />Task Summary of Meetings and Deliverables: <br />• One hardcopy and one digital copy list of opportunities and constraints memo <br />TASK 4: ANALYSIS MEETING <br />Task 4.1: Analysis Meeting <br />CGA will coordinate, with the assistance of the City, a meeting to include the Staff and other relevant parties, as <br />determined by the City.
