' CGA will develop two (2) different preliminary site plan alternative concepts that will be depicted in graphic <br />format. CGA will prepare preliminary sketches, illustrations, diagrams, and /or drawings, as necessary, which <br />convey a sense for each proposed project design's alternative for the project's design. These will address and <br />identify comments raised through the all previous meetings and the Site Analysis processes. Elements of these <br />' preliminary design concepts may include, but are not limited to: <br />LI <br />1 <br />• Plan view drawn to scale for each concept, <br />• Elevation /Sectional drawings depicting the overall character of the project, <br />• 3- dimensional hand - rendered or virtual graphic representation of the design, <br />• Conceptual site details and style of furnishings, products, and material finishes, and <br />• Proposed plant material palettes <br />Task 5.2: Evaluation of Preliminary Plan Concepts <br />CGA will make a presentation of the alternative "Preliminary Design" concepts to the City to solicit crucial <br />feedback and to be objectively evaluated. Based on the comments and input of the meeting, CGA will revise the <br />concepts for re- evaluation by the City. Each re- evaluation of the concepts may include: <br />• Revised plan view drawn to scale for each concept, <br />• Revised elevation /Sectional drawings depicting the overall character of the project, <br />• Revised 3- dimensional hand - rendered or virtual graphic representation of the design, <br />• Revised conceptual site details and style of furnishings, products, and material finishes, and <br />• Revised proposed plant material palettes <br />Task Summary of Meetings and Deliverables: <br />• One hardcopy "Preliminary Design" Concepts (minimum two concepts) consisting of 24" x 36" site plans <br />with text summary <br />• One digital copy (JPEG format) "Preliminary Design" Concepts (minimum two concepts) of 24" x 36" site <br />plans with text summary <br />• One hardcopy and one digital copy meeting notes <br />• One hardcopy 11 "x17" and one digital copy of all other graphic renderings <br />Task 5.3: Revision of Preliminary Plan Concepts <br />CGA will revise the two (2) alternative "Preliminary Design" Concepts. CGA will prepare new preliminary <br />sketches, illustrations, diagrams, and /or drawings, as necessary, which convey a sense for each proposed project's <br />design revision. These will address and identify comments raised through the evaluation of the preliminary <br />concepts' meeting processes. Elements of these preliminary design concepts may include, but are not limited to: <br />• Revised plan view drawn to scale for each concept, <br />• Revised elevation /Sectional drawings depicting the overall character of the project, <br />• Revised 3- dimensional hand - rendered or virtual graphic representation of the design, <br />• Revised conceptual site details and style of furnishings, products, and material finishes, and <br />• Revised proposed plant material palettes <br />(7ity of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida <br />Landscape Architectural Firm(s) <br />RFQ No. 06 -03 -01 <br />April 3, 2006 <br />
