' CGA will develop two (2) different preliminary site plan alternative concepts that will be depicted in graphic format. CGA will prepare preliminary sketches, illustrations, diagrams, and /or drawings, as necessary, which convey a sense for each proposed project design's alternative for the project's design. These will address and identify comments raised through the all previous meetings and the Site Analysis processes. Elements of these ' preliminary design concepts may include, but are not limited to: LI 1 • Plan view drawn to scale for each concept, • Elevation /Sectional drawings depicting the overall character of the project, • 3- dimensional hand - rendered or virtual graphic representation of the design, • Conceptual site details and style of furnishings, products, and material finishes, and • Proposed plant material palettes Task 5.2: Evaluation of Preliminary Plan Concepts CGA will make a presentation of the alternative "Preliminary Design" concepts to the City to solicit crucial feedback and to be objectively evaluated. Based on the comments and input of the meeting, CGA will revise the concepts for re- evaluation by the City. Each re- evaluation of the concepts may include: • Revised plan view drawn to scale for each concept, • Revised elevation /Sectional drawings depicting the overall character of the project, • Revised 3- dimensional hand - rendered or virtual graphic representation of the design, • Revised conceptual site details and style of furnishings, products, and material finishes, and • Revised proposed plant material palettes Task Summary of Meetings and Deliverables: • One hardcopy "Preliminary Design" Concepts (minimum two concepts) consisting of 24" x 36" site plans with text summary • One digital copy (JPEG format) "Preliminary Design" Concepts (minimum two concepts) of 24" x 36" site plans with text summary • One hardcopy and one digital copy meeting notes • One hardcopy 11 "x17" and one digital copy of all other graphic renderings Task 5.3: Revision of Preliminary Plan Concepts CGA will revise the two (2) alternative "Preliminary Design" Concepts. CGA will prepare new preliminary sketches, illustrations, diagrams, and /or drawings, as necessary, which convey a sense for each proposed project's design revision. These will address and identify comments raised through the evaluation of the preliminary concepts' meeting processes. Elements of these preliminary design concepts may include, but are not limited to: • Revised plan view drawn to scale for each concept, • Revised elevation /Sectional drawings depicting the overall character of the project, • Revised 3- dimensional hand - rendered or virtual graphic representation of the design, • Revised conceptual site details and style of furnishings, products, and material finishes, and • Revised proposed plant material palettes (7ity of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida Landscape Architectural Firm(s) RFQ No. 06 -03 -01 April 3, 2006
