Task 5.4: Evaluation of Revised Plan Concepts <br />' CGA will make a presentation of the "Revised Plan" concepts to the City to solicit crucial feedback and to be <br />objectively evaluated. Based on the comments and input of the meeting, CGA will revise the concepts for <br />' presentation to the community. Each concept will include: <br />• one scaled site plan to scale with accompanying text summary of concept <br />' Task Summary of Meetings and Deliverables: <br />• One hardcopy "Revised Plan" Concepts (minimum two concepts) consisting of 24" x 36" site plans with <br />' text summary <br />• One digital copy (JPEG format) "Revised Plan" Concepts (minimum two concepts) of 24" x 36" site plans <br />with text summary <br />• One hardcopy and one digital copy preliminary cost estimate for each concept <br />' • One hardcopy and one digital copy meeting notes <br />' TASK 6: COMMUNITY WORKSHOP <br />Task 63: Community Workshop <br />' CGA will coordinate with the City and community stakeholders a public community meeting to present the revised <br />"Preliminary Design" concepts. Community members will comment on the design concepts in order to identify <br />' what elements and characteristics about each resonates with their community, needs, issues and values. The <br />community will be encouraged to vote on a preferred alternative to serve as a base for the articulation of all <br />gathered comments in future revisions. <br />' City will provide venue and food, if required, for community meeting. <br />' Task Summary of Meetings and Deliverables: <br />• One formal presentation <br />• One hardcopy and one digital copy rendered "Preliminary General Plan" concepts (minimum two <br />concepts) consisting of 24" x 36" site plans with text summary, <br />• Hardcopies of handouts <br />• One hardcopy and one digital copy community meeting summary memo <br />1 <br />TASK 7: CONCEPT SELECTION AND COMPLETION OF A PREFERRED DESIGN AND REPORT <br />Task 7.1: Preferred Design Selection Meeting <br />' CGA will meet with the City to review community feedback and evaluate the "Preliminary Plan" concepts and <br />determine a preferred direction for refinement and revision of the Final Design.
