�J <br />Miller Legg will then assist City staff in bidding the streetscape enhancement <br />work and in the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts for the work <br />on the project. <br />Task 7: Construction Phase Services <br />Preconstruction — Miller Legg will attend preconstruction conferences, review <br />material shop drawings, and assist the contractor prior to commencement of <br />construction. <br />Construction Observation Services — <br />Miller Legg's Construction Services <br />Department has assisted numerous <br />municipalities in the maintenance of <br />roadway enhancement projects. These <br />services have helped the owner maintain <br />the established construction schedule <br />and budget by proactively addressing <br />issues as they are experienced in the <br />field. <br />Monthly Progress Meeting — Miller Legg and City staff will attend monthly <br />progress meetings to review completed construction and contractor's pay <br />requests. <br />Statements of Work Completion — Upon completion of construction, Miller <br />Legg will provide a statement of work completion, and review of "as- built" <br />drawings submitted by the Contractor. <br />\ hX <br />\>000 <br />
