REQUIRED PROPOSAL FORMAT <br />In order to maintain comparability, enhance the review process, enable the City to perform a fair <br />analysis and evaluation of proposals, it is required that proposals be organized in a uniform format. <br />Each vendor must furnish all requested information in the following format. <br />I.
