Ms. Beaudin led a team of multiple IBM organizations and contractors <br />where a needs assessment was initiated and onsite research visits were <br />conducted with multiple product solutions examined. Based on her findings, Ms. <br />Beaudin designed the network architecture and provided a full review <br />summarized in a report format that was presented to senior governmental <br />executives. <br />• <br />Airline Industry- Ms. Beaudin was responsible for managing the network <br />infrastructure upgrade project. Within an aggressive 14 month time frame, <br />Christine Beaudin project managed a team of up to 50 professionals at the <br />O'Hare location in the migration of 3,000 4 mbps shared token ring devices to a <br />high speed IP backbone from Cisco. She was also responsible for leading the <br />design of 5,000 work station locations while setting up the processes and <br />procedures, planning for deployment and tracking. Ms. Beaudin was able to <br />complete the project on time and on budget even in the face of 9/11. <br />Credentials <br />Christine Beaudin has a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from the University of <br />Windsor and a post - graduate certification from York University in Management and <br />Leadership. Ms. Beaudin possesses the Project Management Professional (P.M.P.) <br />designation and both the Registered Communication Distribution Designer <br />(R.C.D.D.) and LAN Specialist designation.
