Experience and Accomplishments Ms. Beaudin has led or advised on multiple engagements for clients in government, health, education, retail and financial services. Her experience includes Digital Video Surveillance design both fixed and mobile environments, Local and Wide Area Network Design, Voice and Data Convergence and Network Infrastructure Readiness Assessments. Ms. Beaudin was a key member in identifying Digital Video Surveillance solutions for several IBM clients. Examples of solutions and designs include a large mid -west county with mobile and stationary video running across a wireless network; multiple law enforcement environments requiring mobile in -car video and a digital video surveillance solution for a correctional facility in the mid -west. Management Consultant Ms. Beaudin provided senior project management and consulting services for multi- million dollar projects. She has an excellent reputation for closing, managing and successfully executing large scaled projects. Some of the client work that Ms. Beaudin has led includes: ■ Professional Service Organization — Ms. Beaudin prepared a technology assessment for a newly constructed "green" building in the Washington DC area 0 where multiple product solutions and services were examined. Included in her assessment were VOIP, structured cabling systems, video surveillance systems, network management systems, building automation services and wireless solutions. Ms. Beaudin is now engaged with this organization to execute the proposed strategy. The scope has recently grown to include the headquarters located in Chicago. • Transportation— Ms. Beaudin managed the network infrastructure upgrade for the Enterprise Resource Project. Aspects of the assignment included conducting interviews with key professionals and reviewing current and "to -be" states matched with a review of the planned infrastructure and application requirements. • Hotel Industry— Ms. Beaudin conducted a wireless strategy consulting engagement for the hotel chain internationally. Ms. Beaudin conducted a property level review, market place review, competitive review and delivered the strategic overview based on this data to the executive group. • Retail Distribution - Ms. Beaudin managed a $6 million engagement to deploy high -speed Internet connectivity to 1,800 restaurants. She led the team in deploying WiFi hot spots nationally. She defined project processes including work flow analysis, change management, risk management and quality management. Ms. Beaudin also oversaw the network infrastructure specifications and requirements. Ms. Beaudin took over this troubled project and turned it around from a loss to a profit. ■ Government /Public Sector— Ms. Beaudin prepared an infrastructure readiness assessment for 39,000 units in a public housing authority.
