During Mr. Sales' two -year tenure, 10 Northeast Region candidates <br />completed the intensive 6 -month training program. As Coach, he has had the <br />pleasure of providing guidance to nearly 50 attendees from across the country. <br />Member of the ITS Northeast Region Technology Leadership Council, responsible <br />for setting the technical direction and professional vitality of IT Consultants, <br />Specialists and Architects in the networking discipline. <br />Instructor for several technical courses including: Networking Methodology, Network <br />Architecture & Design, Introduction to Operations Research and Information <br />Technology Standards for Information Systems. In addition to teaching, Mr. Sales <br />assisted in the development of course materials for Network Architecture & Design. <br />Mr. Sales has provided mentoring to several dozen individuals in ITS through formal <br />and informal means. <br />From 1998 -2000, the Northeast Region of ITS was undergoing an aggressive <br />expansion of headcount.
