IJ <br />1 <br />structures within the project boundaries, all in accordance with the <br />requirements of the Contract Documents. <br />2. Payment for demolishing and clearing will be made at the lump sum <br />named in the Bid Schedule, which price shall constitute full <br />compensation for completing said work, including all earthwork, <br />disposal of excess material, restoration of areas disturbed by the <br />operations, and the appurtenant items for which separate payment <br />is not specifically included in the Bid Schedule. <br />C. Project Mobilization and Demobilization <br />1. The project mobilization and Demobilization item shall be <br />administered in accordance with the Florida Department of <br />Transportation, Standard Specifications for Road & Bridge <br />Construction (latest edition); MOBILIZATION. <br />2. The maximum amount allowed for the mobilization item shall be ten <br />percent (10 %) of the total contract amount. <br />3. Mobilization and Demobilization includes, but is not limited to, <br />mobilization and demobilization of equipment, all surveying, all <br />supervision, cost of all bonds and warranties, all permit fees, and all <br />insurance. <br />3.02 PROTECTION <br />A. Where pavement, trees, shrubbery, fences or other property or surface <br />structures have been damaged, removed or disturbed by the Contractor, <br />whether deliberately or through failure to carry out the requirements of the <br />Contract Documents, state laws, municipal ordinances or the specific <br />direction of the Engineer, or through failure to employ usual and <br />reasonable safeguards, such property and surface structures shall be <br />replaced or repaired at the expense of the Contractor to a condition equal <br />to that before work began within a time frame approved by the Engineer. <br />3.03 SUBMITTALS <br />' 06/06 <br />1 <br />A.
