1 <br />1.08 SPECIAL TOOLS <br />A. Manufacturers of equipment and machinery shall furnish any special tools <br />(including grease guns or other lubricating devices) required for normal <br />adjustment, operations and maintenance, together with instructions for <br />their use. The Contractor shall preserve and deliver to the Owner these <br />tools and instructions in good order no later than upon completion of the <br />Contract. <br />1.09 WARRANTY <br />A. For all major pieces of equipment, submit a warranty from the equipment <br />manufacturer. <br />1.10 SPARE PARTS <br />' A. Spare parts for certain equipment provided under Division 11 through 16 <br />have been specified in the pertinent sections of the Specifications. The <br />Contractor shall collect and store all spare parts so required in an area to <br />be designated by the Engineer. In addition, the Contractor shall furnish to <br />the Engineer an inventory listing all spare parts, the equipment they are <br />associated with, the name and address of the supplier, and the delivered <br />cost of each item. Copies of actual invoices for each item shall be <br />furnished with the inventory to substantiate the delivered cost. <br />1.11 GREASE, OIL AND FUEL <br />A. All grease, oil and fuel required for testing of equipment shall be furnished <br />with the respective equipment. The Owner shall be furnished with a year's <br />supply of required lubricants including grease and oil of the type <br />recommended b the manufacturer with each item of the equipment <br />supplied under Division 11 through 16. <br />B. The Contractor shall be responsible for changing the oil in all drives and <br />intermediate drives of each mechanical equipment after initial break -in of <br />the equipment, which in no event shall be any longer than three weeks of <br />operation. <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS (Not Used) <br />' PART 3 - EXECUTION (Not Used) <br />1 END OF SECTION <br />06/06 <br />01600 -7 03-4138.0 <br />
