Submit final meter readings for utilities, a measured record of <br />stored fuel, and similar data as of the date of Substantial <br />Completion, or when the Owner took possession of and <br />responsibility for corresponding elements of the Work. <br />5. Submit consent of surety to final payment. <br />6. Submit evidence of final, continuing insurance coverage complying <br />with insurance requirements. <br />B. The Engineer will inspect the Work upon receipt of notice that the Work, <br />including inspection list items from earlier inspections, has been <br />completed, except items whose completion has been delayed because of <br />circumstances acceptable to the Engineer. <br />1. Upon completion of inspection, the Engineer will prepare a <br />certificate of final acceptance, or advise the Contractor of Work that <br />is incomplete, or of obligations that have not been fulfilled but are <br />required for final acceptance. <br />2. If necessary, reinspection process will be repeated. <br />1.05 RECORD DOCUMENT SUBMITTALS <br />1 06/06 <br />A. Maintain at the site one complete set of record documents; protect from <br />deterioration and loss in a secure, fire - resistive location. <br />1. Provide access to record documents for the Engineer's reference <br />during normal working hours. <br />2. Label each document "PROJECT RECORD" in 2 -inch high printed <br />letters. <br />3. Do not use for construction purposes. <br />B. Record Drawings: Maintain a clean, undamaged set of blue or black line <br />white - prints of Contract Drawings and Shop Drawings. Mark the set to <br />show the actual installation where the installation varies substantially from <br />the Work as originally shown. Mark whichever drawing is most capable of <br />showing conditions fully and accurately; where Shop Drawings are used, <br />record a cross - reference at the corresponding location on the Contract <br />Drawings. Give particular attention to concealed elements that would be <br />difficult to measure and record at a later date. <br />1.
