Organize record drawing sheets into manageable sets, bind with <br />durable paper cover sheets, and print suitable titles, dates and <br />other identification on the cover of each set. <br />The record drawings shall correctly and accurately show all changes from <br />the Contract Documents made during construction and shall reflect <br />surveyed information, which shall be verified and certified by an <br />independent Professional Land Surveyor registered in the State of Florida. <br />The drawings shall be neat and legible. <br />a. Record Drawings Submittal Requirements: Record drawings to be <br />submitted shall consist of three sets of signed and sealed sets of <br />prints. <br />C. Record Specifications: Maintain one complete copy of the Project Manual, <br />' <br />including addenda, and one copy of other written construction documents <br />such as Change Orders and modifications issued in printed form during <br />construction. <br />1.
