SECTION 01740 <br />WARRANTIES AND BONDS <br />PART 1 - GENERAL <br />1.01 REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED <br />A. Compile specified warranties and bonds, as in Articles 3 and 11 of the <br />General Conditions and Section 01030 of these Specifications. <br />B. Co- execute submittals when so specified. <br />C. Review submittals to verify compliance with Contract Documents. <br />D. Submit to the Engineer for review and transmittal to Owner. <br />1.02 RELATED REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Instructions to Bidders: Bid or Proposal Bonds <br />B. Conditions of the Contract: Performance Bond and Payment Bond <br />C. Section 01030: Special Project Procedures <br />D. Section 01701: Contract Closeout <br />1.03 SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Assemble warranties, bond, service and maintenance contracts, executed <br />by each of the respective manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors. <br />B. Number of original signed copies required: two each. <br />C. Table of Contents: neatly typed, in orderly sequence. Provide complete <br />information for each item. <br />1.
