2. Payment for furnishing and installing brick pavers will be made at the <br />unit price per square foot named in the Bid Schedule, which price shall <br />constitute full compensation for completing said work, including all <br />earthwork, compaction and stabilization of subgrade, disposal of <br />excess material, protection of tress to remain, and the appurtenant <br />' items for which separate payment is not specifically included in the Bid <br />Schedule. <br />' C. Furnish and Install in- ground lighting fixtures <br />1. Measurement for payment for furnishing and installing in- ground <br />1 lighting fixtures will be based upon a lump sum price for the entire <br />lighting system, all in accordance with the requirements of the Contract <br />Documents. <br />' <br />2. Payment for furnishing and installing in- ground lighting fixtures will be <br />made at the lump sum price named in the Bid Schedule, which price <br />shall constitute full compensation for completing said work, including <br />all earthwork, compaction and stabilization of subgrade, disposal of <br />excess material, protection of trees to remain, replacement of sod, <br />' <br />electrical conduit, electrical connections, and the appurtenant items for <br />which separate payment is not specifically included in the Bid <br />Schedule. <br />1 <br />3. Connections shall be made in strict accordance with all local, state, <br />and federal regulations. No separate payment shall be made for <br />' <br />measures required for compliance with such regulations. <br />D. Furnish and Install Palms, Tree Relocation, and Removal and <br />1 <br />Replacement of Planting material (Landscaping) <br />1.
