1 <br />' E. Furnish and Install Restorative Irrigation System <br />1. Measurement for payment for furnishing and restoring the irrigation <br />system will be based upon a lump sum price for the entire irrigation <br />system restored, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. <br />2. Payment for furnishing and restoring the irrigation system will be made <br />at the lump sum named in the Bid Schedule, which price shall <br />constitute full compensation for the construction of all components of <br />the irrigation system restored, complete including but not limited to <br />excavation, backfill and compaction, and all irrigation heads including <br />all pipe, and other appurtenances, all in accordance with the Contract <br />Documents. <br />F. Project Mobilization and Demobilization <br />1. The project mobilization and demobilization item shall be administered <br />in accordance with the Florida Department of Transportation, Standard <br />Specifications for Road & Bridge Construction (latest edition); <br />MOBILIZATION. <br />2. The maximum amount allowed for the mobilization item shall be ten <br />percent (10 %) of the total contract amount. <br />' 3. Mobilization includes, but is not limited to, mobilization of equipment, <br />all surveying, all supervision, cost of all bonds and warranties, all <br />' permit fees, and all insurance. <br />3.02 PROTECTION <br />' A. Where pavement, trees, shrubbery, fences or other property or surface <br />structures have been damaged, removed or disturbed by the Contractor, <br />whether deliberately or through failure to carry out the requirements of the <br />Contract Documents, state laws, municipal ordinances or the specific <br />direction of the Engineer, or through failure to employ usual and <br />' reasonable safeguards, such property and surface structures shall be <br />replaced or repaired at the expense of the Contractor to a condition equal <br />to that before work began within a time frame approved by the Engineer. <br />' 3.03 SUBMITTALS <br />A. On lump sum items, a complete schedule of values must be submitted at <br />the pre- construction meeting by the contractor. <br />END OF SECTION <br />07/06 01025 -4 05 -5564 <br />
