<br />Design, permitting and construction observation for the civil portion of the FPL electrical substation. Services included paving, grading and drainage
<br />systems for the substations. It also included the design of the water and sewer services for facilities with bathrooms. Other services included, South
<br />Florida Water Management District Water Use Permits, construction cost estimates, and preparation of Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure
<br />Plans. FPL projects also require approval from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the Environmental Resource Permit. This project is
<br />unique and requires knowledge with specific FPL criteria.
